When energy in our body becomes blocked or stagnant due to stress, trauma, repressed or difficult emotions, etc. we may develop disease. Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy that is channeled into the body to promote your body’s own ability to heal itself. It is also extremely effective at soothing the nervous system which is essential for healing from any ailment.

What to expect in an energy healing session

• A brief check in with how your body is feeling and what’s going on in your life that may be emotionally charged or affecting your energy.

• Energy work: you will lie on a massage table fully clothed for a relaxing energy healing and Reiki session. I will lay my hands on different areas of the body or work above the body in the auric field.

• If you are interested in incorporating tarot or astrology into your sessions, we can use these tools as well.

• I may offer practices or resources (homework!) that may aid your healing journey.

I’m offering this price only for the next few months while I search for a professional space. Currently, sessions are held at my home in a comfortable private space.
